Over the weekend we had the pleasure of welcoming our very first residents to The Ivy Doreen.
Estate Manager Rhonda said it was a privilege to welcome the new home owners to the boutique community.
“One of the most rewarding aspects of my role here at The Ivy is the opportunity it gives me to meet so many lovely people. I’ve personally met with many future residents who will form friendships with one another in years to come as they build a life here, and I love that.”
For first home-buyer Olivia Beck Hughes, a nurse and midwife at The Mercy Hospital in nearby Heidelberg, it was the premium home-sites and proximity to local parkland that drew her in.
“This is my first house and I spent time carefully comparing lots sizes at various estates, and they were not only bigger at The Ivy but so close to beautiful trees and parkland.”
“One to the things I am most excited about is being able to invite my friends over for wine and cheese nights in my own home.”
James and Souzi Stambanis chose to build at The Ivy because it felt like the right fit for their family, with the opportunity to meet like-minded people in a friendly neighbourhood appealing to them.
“This is our second time building our own home and I can honestly say it’s been an absolute pleasure. From our first meeting with Rhonda, who was just so friendly and helpful, to the final steps in the process, it has been seamless” explained Jill.
“We’re definitely looking forward to enjoying summer barbecues in the beautiful atmosphere with our daughters Emily and Isabelle and son Jonathan.”
